We use this stanadyne formula every time we head to the pumps, with my high mileage 2011 A3 TDI or my husband's 2009 Jetta TDI (4oz/tank), to maintain performance and longevity. Europe has higher-quality fuel, while our diesel in North American has lower cetane levels, higher water content and removed lubricity, which can cause injector wear and reduce efficiency. Stanadyne addresses these concerns and many others. I trust this additive to provide smoother operation and long-term reliability. My husband says he gets better fuel economy, but that isn't a quality I'm concerned about with my CR170.
Tip: we use the bottle pictured to pre-measure the additive before we go fuel up.

Got a replacement FICM from DPC after the Ford dealer told me it was not serviceable anymore and it worked great. Plug & play without faults. Would use again in future for sure.
After buying a truck missing it's resistor I ordered a 3 and a 7.
3 had a pretty reasonable fuel rate but with a mechanical turbo master the 7 worked out best for the combo.
