Got a replacement FICM from DPC after the Ford dealer told me it was not serviceable anymore and it worked great. Plug & play without faults. Would use again in future for sure.

The FICM we ordered arrived in a timely manner and was plug and play as advertised at a good price. I would recommend this company for anyone with diesel parts requirements. We did not get a return shipping label, however.

Shipping problems

Part worked. Expedited shipping did not,took 5 business day to get it and if I didn’t know someone that could get it out of limbo I have no idea how long it would’ve taken.

Easy and fun

Easy, because it's a simple part that's accessible (even on an E350), requires only to handle connectors, screws and bolts; as my first official DIY repair on my 6.0L, it was rewarding!

And fun, because not messy and annoying.

I was glad to see my voltage back to good measures with my ScanGauge after it was installed!
(And less glad to get a new Check Engine Light, but it's a journey).

Core return is easy even if i had to ask for the label.

I hope i won't buy (this part) again !

Don't be a fool, add it to your Fuel!

We use this stanadyne formula every time we head to the pumps, with my high mileage 2011 A3 TDI or my husband's 2009 Jetta TDI (4oz/tank), to maintain performance and longevity. Europe has higher-quality fuel, while our diesel in North American has lower cetane levels, higher water content and removed lubricity, which can cause injector wear and reduce efficiency. Stanadyne addresses these concerns and many others. I trust this additive to provide smoother operation and long-term reliability. My husband says he gets better fuel economy, but that isn't a quality I'm concerned about with my CR170.

Tip: we use the bottle pictured to pre-measure the additive before we go fuel up.
