Do I get an order confirmation?
Upon placing an order with Diesel Parts Canada, you will be sent a confirmation email immediately after your order has been successfully submitted. We will also send you a confirmation email providing tracking information once your order has shipped. If you don’t receive an email confirmation, check your ‘bulk’ or ‘junk’ folder and it should be there. Please contact us if you have any questions.
What if I am not completely satisfied with my purchase? How do I return it?
We make every effort to select and sell only the best products for your diesel engine needs. We also keep up-to-date information on all our products so that you may make informed choices when purchasing from us. However, we understand that sometimes you may simply change your mind. We want your experience of shopping at Diesel Parts Canada to be a positive one.
You may return your item(s) within 15 days of receipt for a refund of the purchase price with some conditions. Please refer to our return policy section on our site for more details
Do you pay for return shipping?
We pay for initial shipping on all orders over $150 and we pay for all core returns. However, our customers pay for shipping costs on new product returns. Please see return policy section for more details.

Items are carefully designed and packaged to withstand the rigors of travel, but sometimes damage does occur en route.
Please inspect your purchase immediately upon receipt. If there is any damage or if any product is defective, contact us immediately.
In order to process your claim, please send us low-resolution digital photos including one photo of the box that the item shipped in, to email@example.com - Make sure to keep all of the original packing material! We will work with you to ensure your item(s) are repaired or replaced in a timely manner at no extra cost to you.

What is included with free shipping?
We offer FREE STANDARD SHIPPING within all Provinces of Canada on all orders over $150, before taxes. For shipping to the Northern Territories, please e-mail us first for a rate quote.
How and where do you ship my order?
The majority of items are shipped via Purolator. We do not have a weekend delivery option for these carriers. For larger items we may use specialized freight carriers.
