Mitsubishi A200 Volvo D12D install

Installed new Mitsubishi A200 alternator on my Volvo truck with D12D engine. My truck has top mount alternator bracket, alternator fits just under the intake manifold. It was easier to install than previous Delco Remi 35SI because of smaller size. The only issue I had was with the reinforcement ribs for rear pads interfering with D12D alternator bracket reinforcement. Used a couple of washers to raise the alternator about 1/8". Tested fitted to Volvo D13 engine and there are no such issues. Had this alternator for about 5,000 kms and it works great.

Ford PowerStroke 6.0L Preprogrammed FICM

Got a replacement FICM from DPC after the Ford dealer told me it was not serviceable anymore and it worked great. Plug & play without faults. Would use again in future for sure.

After buying a truck missing it's resistor I ordered a 3 and a 7.

3 had a pretty reasonable fuel rate but with a mechanical turbo master the 7 worked out best for the combo.
